- Context and background of DiSC®, where it came from and how it works
- Exploration of the elements that make up the DiSC® psychometric tool
- Discover how to use DiSC® to allow team members a better understanding of each other to increase cohesion
Understand your profile
- Examine your own DiSC® profile to gain a better understanding of your strengths and preferences
- Map your profile against strong leadership skills and behaviours to create learning opportunities
- Learn how to use your profile to strengthen the relationships you have with your team
Maximising DiSC® impact
- Learn how to coach team members using their DiSC® profiles
- Discover how to adapt your leadership style to accommodate individual needs of your team members
- Learn how to prepare 'learning' action plans using the DiSC® psychometric tools
